HelpRoom Online Support Groups |
We've partnered with RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) to offer online groups!
HelpRoom is a free, private space for people impacted by sexual violence to connect with one another virtually. Our trained advocates help facilitate these anonymous discussions to make sure the HelpRoom is a safe and supportive place for everyone. Check out our HelpRoom schedule below to see what groups we're offering now. No sign up necessary! To join a session, simply visit the SASSMM HelpRoom and click to enter the chat.** You can participate in as many or as few sessions and groups as you want to. Please note that all the times listed below are Eastern Standard Time (EST). **Can’t log on to the chat? HelpRoom limits the number of participants that can join a session, so it might be full. We still want to help! We hope you'll check back in during the next session. Need support immediately? Call an advocate through the statewide Helpline now. |

We have one reoccurring online support group available for anyone impacted by sexual violence. This includes survivors, friends and family of survivors, or anyone concerned about sexual violence.
