At SASSMM, we welcome and appreciate feedback to better provide survivors, significant others, and the community members with competent services. If you feel that staff or volunteer advocates did not provide competent, affirming advocacy service, please let us know!
Statewide Sexual Assault Helpline:
*Please note: The email form above is for general contact and feedback purposes only. Email is not a safe or confidential way to talk to someone about sexual assault, but a confidential and trained advocate can contact you to provide you with support, information, and resources.
Do you want to voice a grievance or discrimination concern about SASSMM services?
SASSMM takes pride in its work and its skills, and we want to know if you have concerns with our services. Please submit your concern in the form below and see SASSMM's Grievance Procedure for more information on this process.
You can also file a complaint with the Maine Human Rights Commission. The Commission attempts to resolve complaints of discrimination to the mutual satisfaction of those who are involved.
